As early as you can. Most company annual dinners in Malaysia happen between November and February, and Friday and Saturday nights in that window are the first dates to go. Once your date and venue are confirmed, a 50% deposit secures your booking.
Yes. Many companies book us for stage and awards photography plus a photobooth, AI Photobooth or 360 video booth, so there is one vendor, one contact and one invoice for the whole night.
Yes. A customised logo and print design matching your dinner theme is included free with every photobooth package.
We need about a 3m x 3m space, a power outlet within 2 metres of the booth, and 1 hour of setup time before your event starts.
We are based in Cheras and cover KL, Selangor and the Klang Valley. We also travel further; additional travel charges may apply for locations outside the Klang Valley.
Photobooth guests get their print and a QR download on the spot. For event photography, same-day edits are available as an add-on so HR can post highlights that night, with the full edited gallery following afterwards.
